Our on-the-ground medical providers are the heart and soul of Wound Providers of America. We are constantly expanding to serve additional communities.
The Wound Providers of America clinical model consists of a Supervising Physician and a practicing certified Wound Care Clinical Director for each state who provide ongoing training, support, and oversight of other nurse practitioners, along with quality assurance reviews to ensure we exceed standard of care and documentation requirements.
All nurse practitioners are under the supervision of a licensed physician in conjunction with a collaborative practice agreement, which includes proven foot and wound care practice protocols.
In addition to clinical consultation, the Supervising Physician and Wound Care Clinical Directors routinely review medical charts and conduct quality improvement meetings with our practicing nurse practitioners.
